🎓 Exciting opportunity for your students – in partnership with the @bbc, @Sheffield Hallam University, and Sheffield DocFest!

On Tuesday 18th June, 09:00–15:00, BBC Verify on Tour is coming to Sheffield to equip young people with the skills to navigate the fast-moving world of digital media, fake news, and online content.
Hosted by BBC Radio presenter and spoken word artist Sile Sibanda, this dynamic event will empower students to think critically, challenge bias, and become smarter digital citizens.

👥 Students will:

• Join live sessions with BBC fact-checkers and journalists
• Hear from a career panel featuring VIPs from the local creative industry
• Take part in interactive workshops delivered by the BBC & SHU in our Journalism and TV Production suites
• Discover what it’s like to study media-related courses at Sheffield Hallam
