Event: Virtual Experience Day: Be a Physicist for the Day
Wednesday 25th March, 9:30am - 4:30pm
This virtual experience day gives an opportunity for 15- to 19-year old students to discover particle physics and see what it’s like to study physics at the University of Sheffield. It offers the unique chance to take a glimpse into the life of a particle physicist.
You will be able to get your hands on real data from the ATLAS experiment and start a particle hunt to find the Z boson and perhaps even the Higgs.
