Event: Highly Selective Universities Project Launch

Linacre Partner Schools Programme provides schools in Rotherham and Doncaster with the expertise and support to enable capable sixth-formers to reach higher and apply for the top 12 most selective universities in the UK. In partnership with HeppSY a number of free student places are available on this year’s Reach Higher Programme.
Your identified students will take part in a unique, five part programme running through Years 12 & 13 which will support them in their journey to apply to the most selective universities.
The programme will consist of a selection procedure, 2 online summer schools, expert subject-specific tuition, buddy scheme with a former Linacre student amongst other support.
The Linacre Institute will provide to schools/colleges and students:
• First-class advice and support
• Annual CPD training day
• Presentation to help with sixth-form recruitment
• Access to subject-specific learning modules developed by leading UK teachers and academics to enable students to be ‘university ready’
• Access to a bank of resources that have helped achieve success with Oxbridge applications
