The session is for any staff members who support students to find out more about “What is a disability” and “how all staff can support students with a disability to go into higher education”
What will be covered:
• Disabled Student support.
• Disabled Student Allowance (DSA)
• The words/expressions used in higher education and how it is different to school
• Resources available to support disabled students
