Event: HE Jargon Buster Workshop

This workshop provides an insight into a variety of key words which students will come across during their upcoming journey into higher education such as ‘Tuition fee’, ‘First Class’, ‘UCAS’ and ‘Freshers’.

They include within this workshop a variety of activities from word searches, match up words with definitions and celebrity guess who studied what course at university. Students will also be encouraged to write about what their career aspirations are/subjects they enjoy and how the degrees UCR offer link up to demonstrate the wide range of higher education courses available.
