Event: Go Further Go Higher Conference

We are delighted to announce that registration is now open for our annual CPD conference. This event is run by Hepp in partnership with the University of Sheffield and Sheffield Hallam University. This is aimed at people working with young people in care/care leavers, those estranged from their family and young carers.

The conference will take place on Friday 28th June, 9:00am-3:15pm at the University of Sheffield.

We hope you can join us to hear about the work that happens at both Universities; the support offered for the young people you work with on their journey to and throughout their university experience; hear from current university students who are care experienced, estranged or have caring responsibilities, and join us for a networking lunch to connect and share good practice.

We are delighted to welcome keynote speaker Dr Katie Ellis, Leverhulme Early Career Fellow. Her current fellowship research focuses on the experiences of young people who successfully transitioned from being ‘in care’ to attend university.
